Dayle:
Sometimes he'll find a way to be close to me, like he was handing out sheets and instead of going round to the person behind me he put his arms around me, like in a hug, to hand them back but his face was right next to mine and it seemed almost purposeful.

One time we were staring at each other so intensely he picked up his drink and spilled it down himself cos he wasn't paying attention.

Is 18 too old to get grounded?

I think he should be grounded for a month, which is the same way I would punish my other 2 children (14, and 11). Any suggestions or thoughts?

His father says he's too old to be grounded, but he's always been the more lenient parent.

I know's hes legally an adult, but he still lives under my roof, and he should abide my rules which include attending school, no smoking, and no drinking.
