This is my first pregnancy but i am still petrified that the spotting can lead to a miscarriage.

I called my OBGYN the next day to tell them what happened, and there too I was told this can be normal and as long as I am not cramping or soaking through two pads in a hour then i should be fine until my next appointment which is later this week.

The first day of my spotting started on the 24th, i was at work and went to the restroom and found blood on the toliet paper.

I will be 12 weeks Tommorrow and for the past few days I have been spotting on and off, the spotting is bright pink sometimes brown with no cramps.
